So my buddy goes out and finds Warhammer Open Beta keys at a E.B and what does he do he screws up the entry and gets one key locked so he uses mine lol.

Well I don't know how he screwed up the key... however give EB/Gamestop a call. Explain to them that you have a pre-order but have not recieved your beta key, they may help you out with another.
